ABOUT
Paola Cala is the founder of Movement Rebel, a somatic movement practice shaped by intuitive biomechanics, contemplative philosophy, and lived experience. Her work began through sensation, learning the language of fascia, breath, and attention before the language of science arrived to explain it.
Today she teaches internationally through private sessions, teacher trainings, retreats, and seasonal residencies, guiding people into a deeper relationship with movement, perception, and the intelligence of the body. Faculty in over twenty yoga teacher trainings, her work bridges precision and intuition, science and embodied awareness.

PRACTICE
Movement Rebel is a practice of inquiry. Through somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and intuitive biomechanics, sessions open a space where sensation, form, and awareness begin to converse. Rather than imposing systems onto the body, the work reveals the intelligence already present within it. In that recognition something shifts, movement becomes more precise, perception more refined, and the body reorganizes itself with surprising clarity.
